It drops off one of the grape apes in zone. Named a Seer. Guild group zoned in to camp for the night and the guy was standing at the zone line. We killed him and the bard won the random on it. |

I keep reading conflicting reports on this issue.
I am a wood elf druid. I have never been to Surefall. I have never killed a bear ANYWHERE and only killed a couple wolves as a newb in Kelethin. Am I or am I not KOS here? I would hate to find out the hard way. |

DLY / (1+HASTE%) = EFFECTIVE DLY
Min delay is 1.
EQ Lammy with FBSS = 19 / 1.21 = 15.7 DLY
So it becomes a 9/16 Weapon with an FBSS.
Let's not try to make this more confusing or browbeat ppl.
Also haste DOES IN FACT reduce delay. Saying anything else is misleading. Haste items do not |

You'll be fine... in fact, this is your "home away from home" from Kelethin. There are no factions on animals in general in EverQuest, except the Surefall Glades bears specifically have their own specific faction. Just don't hunt in Surefall and you'll be fine. |

I went to Luclin for the Rallic Pack quest, but after 3-4 packs, I became curios on the zones and wanted to try some soloing.
