AS a Druid the best way I found was "the Cothespinner" quest out of Qeynos. I fond it at quest by bestiary here on kazam's. Also posted there is my responce on how I went about it. Good jouyneys all ADADS Lanys server |

All This is fabulous information, love to see this kind of intelligent discussion on the message boards... But, to the point..
Put in simplest terms possible, Haste % is best though of as an increase in potential damage output in a given period of time, rather than a delay reduction.

Bury yourself in the basement of a dungeon, and necros are very willing to pay any price you want.
The further away from bone chip source zones, and the further away you are from the general traffic zones (ie portal zones), the higher the price becomes. |
