This must be some kind of bug.. The soulbinder cons green to me at lvl 25... i'd assume he cons green to much lower levels... so i start atttacking him and i just start whaling on him... he doesnt fight back except for every 3 minutes or so he'll punch one time... but that's it

If I am not mistaken, I think Rivervale might be the closest bind point, unless there is one of those new bind points, like the gypsys or something in East Karana.
