	Is the title requirement for ribbons new? I have a 10th lvl nano with the double ribbon and I am wearing it. Does that mean if I unequip it I won't be able to reequip it till lvl 15?

	This is the result of a simple quest. You must loot from the Shardwing Courier in Western Wastes a note of some sort. Turn the note into Fjohar Frozenshard (not really his first name, but that's close) he's behind king Tormax in Kael Drakkel. You must have ally Tormax faction to get the Shard. Also

	Does anyone have any idea how often the drixies drop the dust needed for this quest? Or if only ones in certain parts of FV do? I've been hunting them near the stream that leads to the Lake of Ill Omen for a while now, and no dust has appeared after killing nearly 20 of them. Just want to make sure

	The monk epic is a pair of gloves not a weapon, so it wouldn't really matter which hand this would go in. By the way, I would take those primal fists over this any day.

	Aye, Sorcerer's Bowl HAD h2h skill...but of course...after I used it for 24 lvls on my necro, Verant nerfed it and made it 1hb. Not like I melee much if any, but the least they could do is bring my 1hb to what h2h is.

	It's not really odd. This spell has been around since before Kunark. The level limit was 50 back then, and this was the last spell rangers would get. But you had to be 50. I don't see any hint to multiquesting in this quest.
