| OK you need to think about what you are saying. If you look at the kael quest the items needed are found in eastern wastelands off some of the mobs there im sure rare drops or uncommon. Then look in quest by item to find tattered silk. the person you need to talk to is in skyshrine. need I say more. | ||||
