	Combat hastes stack too u idiots! Cant forget about them... they allow someone to get up to 178% haste if u have possessed scacroficial club or battle axe from acrylia caverns. 68% haste being the highest in the game called: Fury of the Vah Shir

	At the level needed to get this, it will probably be defaulted to someone who needs it. I doubt anyone wont need it, so its not like someone is going to loot it for twinking or selling, making the recommended level no concern.

	I'm positive that Summoning Haste 4 won't work for any Necro (regardless of level) because Necros need Reanimation Haste, not Summoning Haste (which is the Mage focus effect.) So - either the effect needs to be changed or the class does...

	I would say no. The main reason is because the materials. It can take a whole day to get the right materials for just one, let alone at least 20. I would highly advise against it.

	Strength now affects the lvl of advancment of tradeskills and skills. Str, Wis, and Int do but whichever is the higher than it takes priority and is the factor. So, good news for melee.

	Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but Improved Healing II (2) will not affect Superior Healing if you get it at 51 (like druids and shaman do). He was just talking about which spells it would work on if the levels fit into the restriction (as Clerics get Sup Heal at 34, so it'll work for them).

	looks up at Ravox's post apparently NOT a shaman or druid. It's a regeneration spell, not a HP buff.
