	True and not true... at lower levels, mana items yeild more mana than int or wis, but at 201 and higher int, you stop getting extra mana anyways... so at high levels people start ogling the mana items again... if a lucky enchanter hd unheld items enough to be 190 int and decent charisma, then this

	Last evening I was fighting in Unrest and had occasion to encounter this Mob. He does in fact con green, hit for 50-60 on average, and dropped this weapon and " A Battleworn Canteen". Any info on these would be helpful. BTW - Befallen is back to it's newer badder ways with the followers of T'

	if it didnt take up pri AND sec slot this would be beyond good. but im sorry, for the occupation of 2 slots which could undoubtedly be equiped with 2 seperate items far better than this, the stats arent that nice when that is considered.

	I just looted it tonight :) We killed the mob with a wizard 54 a paladin 52 and a cleric 51. It had some fair amount of hp, but was easy because of its low magic resistance. Mob was yellow at 54, i tashed and slowed it, kept aggro on tank and our channeler did a very good job too :)
