	/pause 1 works for me. Also, do not take lightly the fact that the macro will follow all of your alts and do whatever is in that hotkey when you, for example, turn left. I learned this the hard way a long time ago when, on an orc fang turn in in Qeynos, I hit the left arrow and kicked the NPC...

	I did mine a bit different, which got my forage and tracking both up to 200 in just a short time for my lil blue Ranger. My left and right movement keys are pointed at forage and track, so each time I move left it activates forage and each time I move right it activates track. You just have to
