| for the dark elf, there are some high elves that hang around the enterance to freeport. In west freeport there is a guy there who you can kill who looks like hes beaten up. | I love the BB area as a soloist because you can get there quickly from Qeynos. There are excellent MOBs along the way to gain experience and loot. | I was attacked by lily ashwood when i went to buy druid spells at lvl 19. She is bard, lower lvl than that, I killed her pretty easily. I don't suggest it though because it destroyed my faction with both the druids and the rangers. I am KoS now in the ranger guild and the druids aren't friendly. | ||||

| A mob that is called ! (or has a ! in front of the name) is a permakilled mob. In short, yep, it was badly bugged and needed fixing. It's easier to just change the NPC's name than it is to completely remove it from the zone. | ||||
