	Basically quest only. However, there are a few times when someone needs to kill a mob in here. Of course, for part of a quest. For example, cleric epic requires a kill in here.

	I read here that if you lose the fight against Juliah you take a big neg faction hit with dain... If you loose the fight that mean that you are dead or you evaced/zoned... how can you loose some faction if you zoned? i dont see how you can loose some faction with this... Can someone confir

	What you're reading is spell Haste, not item Haste. Item Haste has fixed values and does not change with level.

	you'll find some good deals going through vendors. If I find spiders silk, I'll grab them all. Other times you'll find gear that you can buy cheap and resell at a mark up (ie shiny brass idol, centi ss both sell for under I think 7 pp, from a vendor)

	The purpose of hat policy is to prevent guilds from using the transfer service ot mule over large amounts of cash an uber gear. Though for Epic weapons and keys that require long quests, that seems particularly annoying. Of course, if you want uber gear for paying more cash, do Legends.
