	If your not sure your high enough level to do this, take a chanter friend with you into the mines. They have a quested spell that requires gleaming rocks from the miners here. Kill two birds with one stone kinda thing, and the crazed miner is around level 60, not sure about the level of the hostile

	well either that or nothin i choose that i did quest on my 65 rog for it took bout 5hours of farming most was solo able but the Buccaneers duo'd them wit a 65wiz.

	These are the stats for the ornate armor, which is called "Scaled Avatar's"... Rosrak's Primal Armor is shaman Elemental armor. It's quite possible that SoE screwed up the item though...

	The Luggald Assassin spawned for me at the spot identified by the other poster. I had been clearing the room looking for Luggald Organs, and he popped at one of the regular spawn locations. I never saw him again, so he must be fairly rare. He was dark blue to me at 59 and had a big aggro radius
