	Why is it flagged as pct/CH excluded if it only works under level 29? no spells as far as I know, under 29, are PCT based heals.. CH is at 39, and druid/shammies get there at 58 I believe

	LSOEE is the acronym for long sword of ethereal energy, a VERY nice weapon that was nerfed soon after luclin was released. it was 16/29 + 5 magic damage + other stats, and doable in under four hours if you didnt have to wait too long for any of the camps

	Not at all sure what they were thinking with that description. In my humble opinion, Monks and Beastlords use H2H, and a Warrior -- even on a CR -- is far better off equipping a spare pair of half-decent weapons from the bank than standing toe-to-toe with a MOB and slugging it out. That said,

	Galikor Sevalin in the tavern (NOT the hungry shark). Dropped for me in one of the back rooms. PH was a high seas assasin. But prolly spawns anywhere in tavern.

	Until the higher levels you have fewer options for keeping your aggro low enough not to steal it from the tank and high enough that if needed you can grab it quickly. 	Bah. Just get Run-3. With only Run-2 I'm already outrunning most any MoBs. As for kiting... kiting is just evil anyway. ;)

	People tend to think that int/wis type bonuses on items are better than pure mana, but i am fairly certain that post 50 the pure mana will be much more usefull. This is a nice robe.

	/sigh Maybe I can level to 65 (currently 58 Druid) and find a guild just in time to get an item like this before SOE releases Star Wars, then EQ2. Not to be a troll about this, but, if I'm not with the guilds on the 13th tiers and whatnot, should I change my goal of trying to get "uber?"

	They did that as a blanket restriction on focus effects. If you look around, percent and CH spells are specifically excluded from focus effects that only work on, say, ice nukes. I bet they just took the restriction and applied it to all of the existing focus effects at the time.
