	If I were you I would find a character with track and have them track for it. I would imagine it is a triggered or timed spawn. Also there is some information at Illia's Bestiary about him and his spawn. Good Luck!

	Not the loc, but if you follow the path from Oggok to the first split and hang a left, then take the next split to the left, you'll run into the book at the end of the path, when it dead-ends. Wish I had a better answer, though.

	If you have all the pieces, you need Qeynos faction of warmly to do the turn in. Faction to do the quest can be obtained in under 2 hours by giving two gold pieces to a cleric npc in Qeynos. Lashun Novashine I believe, if I remember correctly. Hail him, then give him two gold pieces at a time. J

	ok, well I did it a while ago, but it's still an accomplishment for me. Now I just have to quad HGs till my eyes bleed so I can afford sunstrike.... oh yea, and Halls of Honor is a really neato zone.. pretty nasty but pure neato. I plan to explore this fully in my spare (LFG) time :) -Guille
