| it depends what you doge skill is. Mine is 100 somthing, so my skill with the feitsh would increase to 104 (plus 4% of 100 is 4, but you knew that right?) Soit wouldn't make that big a diff, plus agi helpos with your Ac and defensive skills so you might increase you dodge skill to 104 with the agi | ||||

| mermaids are quite hard for lvl 45ish. wiped my group of 10 on them when suprise attacked....not cool...and CR's in this zone, blow to say the least. be careful...bring a chanter with you, and i would suggest a monk to pull..or someone who swims well....just posting this cuz it pissed me off that m | ||||

| You cannot start the war, it simply starts on its own with a zone message. Although if you kill the main mobs in the zone (named & higher lvl mobs) this may start the war faster because the other mobs in the zone sense a "weakness" in their enemines. I noticed this in my stay in HS. Ho | ||||

| In Surefall, go behind the waterfall by the lake. Go to the right. Keep following the right wall, and you should find a pedestal with a "globe" on it. Just touch the orb to teleport. | ||||
