	It's a focus effect just named differently, think of it as spell haste 4 but for detrimental spells only.

	Ok this worked for me. I was waiting for Phinny to spawn in Kedge Keep. Kedge keep is an underwater zone.. but here is what I did.. I was at the zone.. (Agro free) Noone ever comes to this zone unless they are working on their epics.. So I was at the zone and I swam into a corner.. pressed num lock

	You actually miss another point for necros. Necros can heal anyone. It just also lifetaps them. THis item, if it DID have int, would be even more attractive to a necro, since they would be able to heal for more than they lifetap themselves.

	Don't know the weap thst queendrachnia drops in cc, and my bards isn't up to this lvl it's of no concern to me but considering the +8 str the weap actually has a weight of -5 so not bad at all. Ofcourse dthis effect is cancelled if the CC weap does not have additional str. :-)

	Hmm, I have this weapon on my druid. But it is not primary/secondary it is only Primary. Not sure if it has been changed or not.. Nobody seems to have seen them on The Rathe.

	Let's correct one information of this wonderful guide : Faction with Froststone can be improved by killing the orcs of CC. This is slow...I hunted from 30th 'til 40th and went from dubious to high amiably. Madam Oruuk.

	Well, after comparing a lot of notes with my friend's Troll BL and my Ogre BL we have decided that the Ogre 'No Stun from frontal attacks' is a lot more useful than the regen for a BL. Regen is nice but a little redundant when you have heal spells. Even our lowest heal spell brings up health faster

	Nah, this is just a 1hb weapon. The staff Karana welds has got to be a 2hb weapon. The size of Karana's staff is just too great to think that it would be a 1 hander for a mere mortal.
