	Recommended level of 51, not required!!! My Shadow Knight should be able to equip this before 51 right? He can't, even though the ratio of 33 / 36 is listed as (19) 33 / 36 on my SK. That means he should be able to equip it at his current level but it will swing at a 19 / 36 ratio. Correct? Is
