	It says this replaces Mask of the Songbird. For those that do not know, I believe Mask of the Songbird was a Plane of Air Bard quest. Bard Test of Tone - After you talk to Cilin Spellsinger, talk to Clarisa Spellsong. You need an Ochre Tessera, Songbird Statuette and Light Wooden Cloak. Mask

	The point of having some items of loot that are deffinately not usable by the players who get them is so they can sell them for Plat. It would be nice if all loot was usable at the level it takes to kill the MOB, but having an item that can be sold for a 100 plat to lower lvls I can work with.

	at the lvl you can get this you can easily get a lammy (9damage 19 delay and other stats) the only thing that makes this worth while is the sv disease that is nice if it wasnt no drop it would be better cause you could sell it in EC for like 10-20k and at the lvl you can actualy go and kill dragons

	this is way nice because its rare to find a piercer over 10 damage even at lvl 40+ and 13/19 is even better the svfire hit isnt too good but you can get some jewlery to fix that little problem (might i recomend a golden dimond mask) P.S. sorry I cant spell good <grins>

	trust me all casters have been there...... I'm a mage and I am forced to hold a torch/shovel/stien/broom sure they buff up my pets and all but only 4 damage and my 1hb SUCKS and no matter how hard I work at it I just cant seem to get it up. Now with velious out there is a haste robe out for caster

	Well, the reason i'm comparing with Plane armours is the 'recommended level of 50' tag on this thing, which means that you have to be at least level 50 to get the full ac and stats from the item... level 50 to get a 27ac bp for bards from a high-level zone or level 46 for a 29ac bp from first floor
