	Not on this server. This is a great item for a non-twinked server. I'm a level 11 warrior and I'm having trouble finding a weapon better than a Gnoll Skin Lariat. Any magic you can get is nice. That's the great thing about this server. The economy is not completely asinine.

	Why is there a debate on which class this item is best for? It makes you faster... If you're a Monk, you're a faster Monk with it. If you're a Ranger, you're a fater Ranger with it. If you're a Paladin, you're a faster Paladin... What are you people talking about?

	Oh, that's an optimal solution! The green flags make updates to favorites very easy to spot. They also make overlooked journals very tempting. Maybe the flags will encourage folks to update their own journals, to take advantage of the free advertising.
