	I have to agree that these are definitely a rare drop. I looted my first one today and quad-kiting Cave Kodiaks I have killed at least 400. I am surprised to loot claws, they only drop maybe one outta 30. These bracers were a real surprise.

	Kogar sells Wooden Practice weapons. The Flail costs about 1.5 gold. You can find Kogar near the South bridge (near Shadeweavers Thicket) inside Shar Val. With your back to the bridge run right and he will come up on the left, around the corner of the building, near two horses. Hope this helps

Haste on my lvl 10 Rouge is 20-21% I never counted it on my lvl 57 warrior but it is WAY faster then 6% seemed at least to keep up with same types of hits as my sash of the dragon born if not a little faster. 	actually this is NOT 15/23 because of the 3 magic dmg, every swing does a resist check, which is easy to resist, from parsing the log of a LSoEE which has 5 magic dmg ive found out that most of the time the magic dmg is completely resisted against mobs with average to low MR, it was done with a lvl

	Damage bonuse has nothing to do with the weapon, but with person who wileds it. Say lev 60 holdong this will have dmg bonus of 10 lsited. But only 3 for lev 50. true melees will have it higher, other classes lower
