	I just got my lvl, and I can say now that 25 is the required level to proc with this weapon. It has a nice effect and does 12 dmg.

	Actaully, bouncers DO hit as hard as hill giants, but they don't have as many HP. I thinked you mixed it up. In any case its not worth hunting in here since they upgraded the guards a while back.

	I do have a velious upgrade and my mage is a lvl 10 and it hasn't proc yet. My guild member told tried it and he is a lvl 30 with velious upgrade and couldn't get it to proc. I wish someone knew for sure when it procs please tell us.
