	If you can't find enough stuff to fight in the Field of Bone due to overcamping, try the spot just northwest of the Cabilis entrance. There are a number of Goblin Scout/Watcher spawns, some regular skeletons, and the occasional yellow Skulking Runtling (that the guards won't attack unfortunately).

	I have one on a level 19 Necro and no proc yet, but someone told me that you have to have the Velious upgrade for it to proc and then it will proc at any level. Any truth to that? Someone else told me that it only procs at level 37. Anyone know the truth?

	I got this from a Whipcracker. It procs Osidian Shatter seems to do 30 damage on proc then is a DOT for unknown ammount so far

	I'm level 24 now, and it doesn't proc for me. I hope* it'll proc at 25. I've been told the variant weapon, the Coldaine <sp?> Velium Morningstar, procs at 13, however.*
