	This weapon is about DPS, that's really it. For the difficulty of the mob, this is pretty straight on. With the stats you're looking for, I'd expect it from at least Shei, if not off Arch Lich or one of the other mid SSRA bosses. Concerning the monk weapons, there's only one from IV: Fist of Gl

	I may be mistaken but i don't think that there is a difference between skins and hides. Usually the terms are pretty interchangeable. That may not be so in this case, but i know that is how it is in other quests, etc. You may want to try it just to see if it works with a alligator hide. Just an

	Yep, I picked up this tonight. first very rare item I ever got. A bst won it, but gave it to me after she realised her current shoulder itme had a bunch on wisdom in it. Lets face it, only a monk can really make full use of it. Just my 2 cents worth. Eagleclaww 52 seasons.

	I may have missed it but I have an idea that could really work out. I have my first and I am looking for a SECOND! This is NOT LORE so equipping a second Tox will be no problem. With the speed inherent to this weapon I would think 2 of these on any hasted Ranger would do an amazing amount

	Concerning dual wield, both hands are independant. Fast weapons are good for Primary due to more applications of the damage bonus. Fast is good for Secondary due to more chances to pass the Dual Wield skill check.
