	Ok to those of you asking about recharging this item.... The item it's self can not be recharged. What the NPC means by come see him again if you need it is to redo the quest. That will give you a new cap and new charge.

	All i have to say is that this weapon would not be an aggo issue on a raid in the hands of a ranger... though Earthcaller has a supriseingly low aggo for its effect.. wavecrasher... fleshgrinder.. ect dont... i use to carry these weapons with me all the time and yes i can grab aggo at times but loos
