	You can buy one in PoK. I believe its on the western side of PoK (behind the library) near the pool with the fisherman. The tanning shop is one of the doors outside the little complex there.

	Unfortunately I didn't really see any frequent offhand attacks until the low thirties, when I believe it started to outdamage comparable two handers. Weapons seem great at 19 though, I was using a SSoM and Gnoll Hide Lariat back then :).
