	Very rare.. 1 in 10 (50%? MUST HAVE BEEN NERFED) at best off lookouts. 1 in 3 off the actual Watchtower Guardians. The guardians do hit hard ( 80 and above at times ) and cast darkness and other dots, so the lookouts might ber a better option for lower levels. NOT a lvl 20 or lower quest by anymean
