	Ok, ill take these one at a time. The proc buffs you mean are Call of Sky (35dd) and Call of Fire (65dd). From my experience the procs arent insta. That means you have a small delay where you dont swing, hence the lesser damage. This is my experience only, and thus is not confirmed.

	Bane damage doesnt work that way. The weapon does a normal hit, then adds 10 damage to the total. This means that the bane damage is constant, but as you gain levels you will do more and more weapon damage.
