It's part of the quest that results in the short sword of etherial energy (and the LSoEE before that was nerfed). You can also hand in the equivelent of 1000gp (i.e. 100pp) to get the portrait. I can't remember the name of the quest but it starts in Katta with Yeggy the Caretaker.

Seems simple to me. Since the Ogres are so big and sexy and strong, whores can't resist. Those whores know that they are the strongest, most loot carrying hunks in Norrath, so the Ogres carry this to keep the loot whores at bay. And who said Ogres were dumb? |

As far as I know the bracers are broken. I have tried to combine the Assorted Research Documents from Gnoll Scouts. Pages 1, 2 and 3. Nothing. In different combinations as well. This quest seems a bit bugged as well. Make sure to get enough ingrediants to give to Sollari three times. First time she did nothing. Second time I only got xp and faction third time I got the sword. |
