Ragnarok: For those of you thinking about coming back!Follow

Thank you very much for this information. This is supporting me very much in my decision to come back. Maybe you want to support me a little bit. Or just lets be friends?

I want to. I've been attempting to get everything set up. I had issues with the PoL Viewer, where it wouldn't let me pay my overdue service fees and transfer my account. After talking to SE Customer Support a few times, I feel that this issue is resolved. However, in order to pay the fees I need to login to SE after I've logged into PoL. I have my SE ID/Password, and Security Token in storage. Do you think I can get SE Customer Support to help with this as well, or can they only help with PoL Issues?

I'm going to try to go to storage today and dig out my info, if it's even possible. I've got it pretty packed in there. If I can't find it though I 'll need to rely on SE Support. I read that you can disable the token using a secret password you gave them when you purchased it.

Okay. So I got my friend to go to the storage with me. We looked around for about two hours and we finally found it .... pretty much in the front of the storage. I guess I was thinking ahead back then "I'll be back eventually, so I'll keep it in a box with James Bond movies in the front. Don't forget "James Bond movies." Anyway, I forgot and ended up climbing over boxes to get the back.

I logged in through the viewer and got my SE ID/Pass on the first go, so that's great. The overdue service fees are only 10 bucks. I'll pay those and hopefully buy the game/download updates and what not on Thursday and be back either the same day or the next day. Considering download times though, it'll probably be Friday or Saturday. Regardless, everything should be fine now. I'll log into the SE Account Management and see if I can find out anything about my characters. They should still be around hopefully.

I was Telemachos on Caitsith. According to FFXIah, there are only two of us, and the other is not on Ragnarok, so hopefully I'll be in the game as Telemachos and will get to meet some of you!

I see. That sounds like it could be confusing. There is a way to pay the Overdue Service Fee through the Square Enix Account Management System right? At the moment I can't link the PoL ID until I pay the fees, so I'm still looking into that.

Looks like I should be good. I got it to where it said "your credit card has been denied." So all I have to do is add funds and I should be able to get it to work next time, and I don't have to go through Click and Buy. It looked like all I was doing was putting in my info to buy Crysta. So once I do that and wait for Thursday to get my check, I only need to wait for a laptop. Then hopefully I can get on meet all you guys and then talk a lot and probably get /blisted.
