I'm thinking of coming back to FFXI. Ive been away since the beginning of CoP and I know things have changed a lot but... How difficult is it to get back into the game?

I'm kind of wondering about what Lakotarath was wondering about. Is the offer still standing? I returned a few weeks ago on Lakshmi and have been seriously considering transfering to Asura because of the Reddit community there. I've been playing on the Lakshmi server since FFXI came out, but it seems so dead now. Maybe a good linkshell would change my opinion of that! /tell Chui in game if anyone has some input for me.
