In abyssea yes I'm @95% floor rate.
Outside it hasn't been so rosey. However you'd lose less Macc switching from this new neck from Goetia Chain than you'd lose from switching from the Goetia Cape to the Searing Cape.
If the Goetia Chain never drops.... I'd use this over the Feud Pentant, but I'm still not switching capes.

Outside only thing you has nuked was kirin.. not enough sample size unless the mob's int is over 90.
