Does this spell stack with chanter & beastie crack ? Is it self only ?

" Target Type: Self " ? i think that should answer that question.. just look a little harder first.
as for stacking, just look at the spell on lucy, it lists stacking. Look the spell up on http://lucy.allakhazam.com, then on the spell view page for the spell click in the top right corner where it says "stacking info"

that is the stacking info for this spell, the spells listed there are the spells which DO NOT stack with this. so yes it stacks with beast and chanter crack.
It does not stack with other clicky mana regen items though.
