The standard duration of Circle of Power 1 Effect is exactly 2 minutes.

The description is wrong. I think! It should read:

4: Increase Chance to Critical Nuke by 1%
5: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 40%

Circle of Power increases the CHANCE to crit with a spell or melee attack. NOT the amount of critical damage output.
