Do the auras stack?

Can you have both Auras at the same time?
Do the auras stack?
# Oct 14 2008 at 7:44 AM Rating: Decent
One character can only have one aura going at a time. When you try to cast another or restart one that has not ended yet you will get a message that you can not do it. On the other hand I do not know if 2 toons of the same class can stack auras. My assumption would be the higer would overwrite the lower, just like with spell buffs.
percent of mitigation
# Jun 09 2006 at 9:44 AM Rating: Decent
slight correction. the lvl 55 aura is 5% mitigation so it seems foolish for this to also be 5%, it has to be an upgrade somehow right?

I have been told previously that this aura is 10% mitigation and while I can't confirm that it seems logical
percent of mitigation
# Aug 14 2006 at 5:44 PM Rating: Decent
I believe the level 55 aura is 1% mitigation, and this one is 3% mitigation

You're absolutely correct.

Lvl 55 Aura = 1% Melee Damage mitigation.
Lvl 70 Aura = 3% Melee Damage mitigation.
Mission name
# May 22 2006 at 10:46 PM Rating: Decent
The mission is called " The key to the past " and is on the old border of North Ro and the Oasis. The mission giver is in the middle and is listed on the map as "missions"

Auras are considered Song effects with really short ranges

5% Mitigation which constantly renews. Will probably stack with Vie since that is a spell and this acts as a song.

Data
Hit for 93 and 120 with the Aura on two test mobs

Hit for 97 and 126 without the Aura on the same test mobs.

Quest to get it is likely to be nerfed fast.
More info

I did this today... was easy.. getting the spell took about 15 minutes... you only have to do the third quest (someone has to be capible of getting it) third quest was easy... train away from the chests.. and loot.. 2-3 minutes.. then clear building with named 10 minutes.. kill named 2 minutes and do turn in... tada!

Level 70 Conjuration
Mana cost 500
Normal Cast time 3.0

Spell Effect: Envelopes your body in the Aura of the Pious which will absorb a portion of incoming melee damage for nearby groupmates. This effect will only last as long as your allies remain inside the area of your aura.

this range is rather small but not so small it rediculous.. people just need to pull close to you to get the effect.
