Heh, I was just tooling thru the zone when this group had him running and got caught in the crossfire from this spell...I died..with EB guantlets on so yes you will die with EB....man and I need him for my epic as well

What if you have like DMF or EB since your not breathing will you still take the DoT damage or possibly just the DD?

My partner and I (both lvl 52) were caught up in some guild's mini-raid for this guy, and I can confirm that you still take the DoT damage with DMF on. Yes, they pulled him next to us, yes we died quickly.
At least one of them had the decency to give us a rez afterwards...

I was just killed by him. I was following him, got hit by AE (500 DD) and was dead in a matter of 20 seconds. I had 2500+ hp when I got hit and he didnt melee me. His Dot alone killed me.

As far as Im concerned, his DoT is far more than 100 per tick, this info is Bull.
