if you went by kunark / other 51-65 spells then it would be 48 to get it, but oow and the later expantions that have 66+ spells dont work off a level %, they work off a flat level min, being 61 for the 66-70 spells, (sucks i know) but it does make it so you don thave to wonder if the spell will stick or not. (old spells used to be kunark and up (51 and higher spells) would land if the target was blue to a person who was of the spells level (level 60-61 landed on 45s, 58-59 on 44's and so on and so forth)


but this spell is still worth it, if you get a necro, or mage pet in the group every pull cast this on their pet, and bam you out did your dot's in dammage vs mana, with out geting 1 point of hate (buffing some one typically just makes you known to the mob and not actually hated, unless its a heal)

shammy's are on the nerf end of the stick with most things, this spell beign kinda one of them, high mana cost to cast it on your main dps non stop much less a group of dps, but even worse is the low duraton of the spell, however this is typical of the "balianceing" act that sony says they do for all classes, thats why my berzerker could solo yellows wiht out any buffs tell 45 and my shammy with 2x more money spent on gear could barely land spells on most even cons at 45 (malo wasnt no resist thank the gods for 60 and 65 malo)

thats why its not a group buff, if it was then you would go on raids with 20+ melee's and how ever many pet classes are there with pet aff, and cast it then each one of them does an extra 3-4k dammage (would immagion rangers rogues and bards would do way more then 10 procs per fight but havent got to use it on them) and then the mob with 200k hp loses 1/2 his hp in 1 min, sony dont like some one haveing that kind of power, thats why they took out the ability of bards to aoe kite, and took away all usefullness (compared to what it was) of the mana burn aa for wizards. face it if you dont spend 5 years geting your char to what you wanted it to be, sony wouldnt be happy.
