As I read the parse
# Sep 08 2007 at 3:14 AM Rating: Decent
As I read the parse, the effect increases a Paladin's heals by 40% and gives them an additional damage proc for one minute. The wording of the parse is vague, but if you look at Packmaster's Curse (the AE on Keldovan that reduces heals by 80%) the parse is "3: Set Healing Effectiveness to -80%" (note the -80% vs. 40% or +40% here).

Don't forget that parsers such as Lucy are reading raw data and converting it into another format. This is probably NOT how the information actually appears in Sony's file, but rather is how the author of the parsing tool decided to code the tool to print out the translation. It's like how the poor translation of an old Japanese video game gave us "All your base are belong to us!" That isn't how it actually reads in Japanese, but rather how it was poorly translated into English.

Actually, He did say do they land for 40% of their normal heal, so that does mean 60% less. So, Xcougar did read what was posted.

Does this mean heal spells land for 40% of their normal heal, or..? ....... That is what he said... Which would mean it lands for 40% more on the heal .... He didnt ask if it landed a additionsl 40% over the normal heal....

Read the question,Comment first.

Or it should just read Increase Healing Effectiveness by 40%, because it will stack with AA +healing effects, aswell as I believe the paladin aura. It's really just a common sense issue. Take that as you will.
