Ooops read the spell info wrong lol was thinking it was unresistable but it says - RESIST cold (0) does that mean if mob has 0 cold resist it will land otherwise it gets resisted heh?

I know this is an old post, but I thought I would comment on the question. When a spell says something along the lines of "Resist: Cold(0)"(as is the case with this proc) it means it does not modify the mob's resistence before it does the resist check. IF it were to say something like "Resist: Cold(-10)" it would subtract 10 from the mobs innate resist to cold in order to make the resist check; thus making it that much more likely to land.

if the info is correct the spell will stun mobs up to lvl 70 makes this spell a lot better then the old one.

Yea.. this one looks alot better then the First version of our new proc i saw listed. The other was barely as good as one we have now.
This spell doesn't make any sence. Why do they have this. It is the same spells as SoRellic

They probably don't have the actual info for the proc on this one yet so they just plugged in something.
