this spell is not really an upgrade all the ratios are the same, the only thing is its simply more dps, i dont think i would use this spell until i had ancient seduction of chaos..... nights bekon = 1.33 dmg/heal ratio (2200/1650...total dmg/heal) 3.6 dpt/mana (2200/605) 2.72 heal/mana (1650/605)
Sayryns kiss = 1.33 dmg/heal ratio (2000/1500...total dmg/heal) 3.6 dpt/mana (2000/550) 2.72 heal/mana (1500/550)

i can't speak for all necro's but i use the heck out of SK specially when soloing as i can just cast this then if need can step in to help pet live a bit longer helps alot in veksar if you don't like to mem mez spells and you get add. just my opinion

This was dropped in an instanced zone from a boss mob. Seems all the GoD spells so far are no drop.

Actually this spell heals more than saryrns kiss. Read the in game spell descriptions. SK says MUCH of the lifeforce taken is used to heal you. NB says all of the life taken is used to heal you. Still its a very small gain for the mana it requires
It might say that but look at the recourse effect above and compare that to the damage portion above. Does 220 a tick and heals for 165.

i dont want it, you can have it back, as a necro spell...honestly, thats really pretty pathetic. cant you give us some damage or a nuke tap, a disease tap, something usefull. sk is rarely used, and this will be used even less
Sauron is right. This has the same ratio as Saryn's kiss and as such is not an upgrade. While it does do slightly more dmg a tick, it also costs more mana to cast. No thanks.
However, this is coming with Gates of Discord and it might be upgraded on release. My understanding it had a better ratio in the test phase.

I'd like to point out this has the same exact mana:damage ratio as Saryrn's kiss. It also has the same mana:heal ratio as Saryrn's kiss.

This is an upgrade to Saryn's Kiss which will come out with GoD.
