The beauty of this spell is that it's the first enchanter PBAOE stun whose recast time is equal or less than its duration of effect. Which means an enchanter can keep mobs who are close locked into a permanent stun condition with this one spell... assuming sufficient mana. I also believe it has no limit on number of mobs affected, unlike some of the enchanter's mez and other crowd control spells.
