1.5 is the interim reward for the 2.0 quest. So, since the epic 1.5 is just the first part of the epic 2.0 quest, its really for both.

Yes, but the quests still have their 'defined' difference. The 1.5 and the 2.0 quests are two completely different quests. So when you refer to a mob to be a 1.5 quest mob.... than it would be for the 1.5, and same for 2.0. Simplicity is bliss.
