Does anyone know if Ferocity effect Bow usage as well as Melee? I know it may be a "duh" but I want to make sure and get it verified before I spend the plat on this item.

Unfortunately it only affects melee weapons. The only way to get double attack with a bow is through the Trickshot AAs, and that only gives you a 6% chance with all three points purchased.
