Reading these posts it seem this spell will stack with spell haste (focus effect). Been looking at getting the ornate BP but now wondering why! Wouldn't i be better getting spell haste item and cast the spell myself! Thing is, betting there isn't a spell haste BP out there!

It does stack. Since the revised spell casting time appears right on the in game spell duration, this is easy to test. Put on a Spell Haste item. Now look at a longer cast time spell (Virtue would be good). Now, cast BoR on yourself. VOILA, spell casting time has gone down AGAIN.
What the category spell haste items thing on the descriptions means, I do not know, but having a cleric with ceramic totem of xegony, and this spell in my ******** I can GUARANTEE that they stack!

You can stack several "Blessing of ..." spells and a spell haste item, but it would only yield faster lower level spells. It's useful for rooting and stunning, but thats about it. The obvious bonus to this is being able to cast it on others - fast casters = more mezzes, heals, snares, nukes, and slows. Could also work as a good junk buff to keep the MTs sta/hp/ac/resist buffs goin.

Keep this buff on your groups druid and they will love you! And you will love them!
All of our nukes are 6 second casts at high lvl's, but what this really helps with is evac. Evac is normally 9 second cast. This and a haste item drops it to around 7 seconds. Have a druid with some aa's put into quick evac, and you are looking at less than 4 seconds for a group evac. That is faster than everyone can gate. Just my 2 cp

I just checked, this spell in NOT on any of the Vicars in the PoK library.
Actually the big benefit isn't to the cleric but to other casters. The ability to land slows and debuffs faster is massive. And there are classes that nuke (can't remember what they're called atm :)) and wouldn't mind 10% knocked off the cast time.
This is a nice and appreciated buff for other group members even if there are not too many cleric spells it helps with, a point I'm not sure I'd agree with anyway.

Actually this works great with an item and the spell you can get group CH down to 9 seconds or less. Casting group CH in less time than Regular CH is nice. There are some other spells it works well for. Some types of root for example.

******, know what you are talking about before you make corrections like that. Clerics get single target CH and group CH, genius.

read what the post says...
It is no good for heals. fast heal is less than 3 sec. Complete heals and Heals over time are out so all its good for is Nukes. U never nuke if things are tight so its not much good.

Isn't 25% off 6.0, 4.5? Even if you take the haste off seperately, its fairly close: 6.0*85%*90%= 4.59.

My lv 39 spell cast time says 4.5 with BLESSINGS of FAITH buff. Increase spell haste 10%
Thus 6.0 normally

Cast time 6.0
10% of 6 = .6
15% of 6 = .9
cast time 6.0 - .9 = 5.1
cast time 5.1 - .6 = 4.5
everything looks right to me. They take the percentages off of the original cast time.
