Yeah I was looking the the PoP guide and it said that it was a lvl 63 spell. sadly there was no information on the cost or place where you can get this spell. I believe that like someone else posted it is something that you could use in theory but actually cant till lvl 63 so yeah. Dont get your hopes up to much... Lvl 34 you get harvest so dont worry all you lower lvl wizards.

I doubt this is a level one spell. There is a level 34 Wizzy spell called simply Harvest, but it doesn't bring back as much mana as this one does.

:) You know anything that says "MANA" I have to find out about.... imagine my relief to solve this mystery.... LOL... If for none other than myself... but just incase anyone else was as interested as I was... :) Here it is...
;) For all those fine Wizards looking for this spell.... ROFL... Look no more.... It's not a spell you can buy. This is an Unactivated ability that all wizards are actually born with. You can look for this UNactivated ability under your Alt Advanced Skills in your Pop Abilities and as soon as you reach level 62 you can activate it for the cost of one AA Point under your Pop Abilities. ROFL. ;)

Hmmm... That's a good point. A buddy of mine found the spell listed in his new atlas as lvl 63. When I run EQCaster on my PC it comes up as a level 1 spell like listed here. I am not sure myself, as I have never actually seen the scroll in the game anywhere. One can only hope that it is lower than level 63, lol!
Its level 63 spell you think?? If so, why would they have the max mana it can give you stopping at 60 when 63 it above 60?!!? If it was a 63 spell they would just say 450mana.

This is a mistake!!! This is not a level 1 spell - it is a level 63 spell, lol! Go figure!

I noticed this spell is new... Very nice indeed, but I wonder - Where can this spell be found? I dont have POP yet - has anyone seen this scroll for sale there?
Sorry, I don't know where this spell is, but I sure would like to know, It would come in very handy on my new wiz...
