RC cures it in one cast. My rogue picked this up just scouting to the Insignia room and as far as I can tell he never aggro'd Rhag Nozdezh so something else in SSRA must be capable of casting this nasty dot. 30 minutes at 200 per tick damage requires a cure, that's for sure.
