The Bard "ECHO" songs are Auras that stay in place where you CAST them (like at your group's camp spot). The Bard must maintain the Aura so you cannot remove it and cast another without the Echo dropping at the group site.

The "Echo" version of each is essentially an aura centered around the region you cast it. Lets you use Composer on top of your group and allow allies to get the benefit while you're off pulling.
On the other hand, you'd want the "Echo" version if your group is moving a lot and you're frequently with them. The range on "Echo" isn't huge.
