In theory, it supposedly enhances the damage of our regular "Focused" single target hail-of-arrows spell. Fire your Called/Announced Shots first (which is a less-damaging hail of arrows itself), then you should be able to cast the Focused spell twice before the Called Effect wears off. Your mileage may vary.
