Got raid arms from Old Man McKenzie. Seen a crit for 21744 so far. w/80 percent focus from the 80 percent focus arms with 3rd spire.

Theoretical max unadjusted DPS: 291

And then it crits for 17474...with 3rd spire and exingency proc and focus.
