When you cast it you very short duration buff. With rk2 one i get 18 seconds to cast any single target dd spell with my druid. It will work as if you cast it twice. Using druids summer solstice its not uncommon to do over 10k with twincast buff on and thats not including crits. If your quick you can get a few spells in. I might use something like Mornings Glory rk2 and then follow up with Summer Solstice rk2 and then again Mornings Glory rk2. If the mob isn't dead its sure as hell pissed off by that point. lol
