I just upgraded to Rk 3 (I was comparing stats between the rk2 and rk3, which is why I ran into this post) and the description on Rk3 is "Spell Effect: The soft of the warlord inspires your companions, increasing attack speed to 160 percent, strength by up to 148, attack rating by up to 79, and damaging attackers by up to 53.".
That's for rank 3, but the current description makes no sense for rk2 (it should just be some lower stats, but no change in description).
