Conjuration vs Evocation

No arguement over shammy's DD spells; however keep mind that this spell my be of use to you. This spell is conjuration, while our cold DD spells are evocation. If you are like me and focused your spell abilities in conjuration and ignored evocation up to this level for our DOTs and cannot even cast without endless fizzles the 33 cold based DD, Winter's Roar, this is a spell to pick up and use in Winter's Roar's place.

Whether it be the cold based or this, the shaman nukes are god awful for the level required (though perhaps somewhat better than clerics).

I've never used this very often, may be like 3 times before I phased it out. Have you?

SHM nukes are really only useful for finishing off a fleeing mob. usually they cost less mana than throwing out another DOT.

Does anyone know where in Thurgadin is Lorekeeper Deeria ?...or is it easier to get this spell somewhere else ?

Deeria is at -166.09, 779.09. Go north from zone - in and follow the left (west) path to Scar's Edge, and keep going west past Thurgadin's Exchange. All the way west. You'll wind up in a room full of clerics, turn north into another room full of Lorekeepers. Deeria is in the north end of that room.
